Kaptai lake, the largest man-made lake in Bangladesh, was formed following the construction of the Kaptai dam on the Karnaphuli river for the Karnaphuli hydro-electric project. The lake has been a popular destination for both local and international tourists. However, the limited availability of luxurious houseboats has hindered visitors from fully experiencing and enjoying the beauty of Kaptai. In this situation Mayaleen pvt ltd decided to build a house boat . Mayaleen is a gateway to a luxurious houseboat experience in Kaptai lake, Rangamati.
This project focuses on:
1. Enhancing accessibility for both local and international tourists to fully appreciate the scenic beauty of Kaptai lake.
2. Ensuring that tourists come here to learn about the lifestyle and culture of the local tribal.
3. Elevating the local community’s quality of life through economic development achieved by fostering tourism growth.

Upon this houseboat, a sanctuary on the waters, a well-appointed main deck cabin unfolds its charms with three opulent master bedrooms and two solitary beds. A shared living space beckons tourists, and within, await lavishly comfortable toilets and bathrooms, designed for an indulgent retreat. The boat, a masterpiece of thoughtfulness, reveals Kaptai lake’s beauty from every nook, allowing nature’s symphony to serenade its
occupants. Ascending to the upper deck, one discovers a dining haven,
adorned with various service sections, where the essence of culinary delight
mingles with the panoramic allure of the lake. Enjoying the serenity of Kaptai
